FYI;

It would not be that hard, especially with guidance from this list, to 
take a undercorrected mirror, strip it, and figure it you self to where 
it would preform much better for you.
A plywood disc, some pitch, and some polishing compound, and even with 
out a tester, you could star test your way in.
