The article is entitled "A Cassegrain-Maksutov Telescope Design for the
Amateur" and it appeared in the November 1958 issue, page 16.  If no one
else comes through, you should be able to get a photocopy from our reprint
people.  Give them a call at 1-800-253-0245.
