I would just use whatever all purpose glass and surface cleaner you have on
hand. Something with ammonia maybe to prevent build-up. I don't think there
are too many "ordinary" solvents that'll hurt formica or teflon.

Instead of wax and ArmorAll, you might consider a "dry" lubricant, such as
talcum powder. It won't attract dirt and grit the way ArmorAll does.
