Re: ATM using DSC for polar alignment...
Add to the last post: finish with a drift test to check accuracy and
fine adj if necessary, go back to polaris and check the position
to see if there maybe errors in the scope mount itself.
alot of mounts have pointing errors that change depending on where in
the sky they are pointing, these can be refined using a program like
"T-Point" combined with a program like "The Sky" will increase the
pointing accuracy of The Sky" by incorporating the pointing errors.
