Hi:
Try doing a mechanical Polar alignment first, then go to a know star,
center by using the scope controls and sync on it, then go back to
polaris coord. on the dsc and see how far out polaris is, mechanically 
move the mount half the distance to center it, go back to the known 
star, recenter if necessary, sync and repeat till the error disappears.
