ATM Comet 1866 I

After checking ina book, I found out that  comet 1866I will be joining us 
this Leonid.

Well, the book said that it comes to join us every 33 years, and I 
figured out that the name of the comet was probably the date it was in 
the sky. So I added 33 years a few times to the year of the founding of 
the comet, and I found out that it adds up to the year 1998.

So, can someone tell me if we're going to see this comet, or will it be 
like the last rejoing of Haley, when it was faint?
