My web page, ATM's Resource List at the URL in my signature, has been doing
this for the past few years. Before that, the web page was hosted by Steve
Wingreen at Florida State University, and some others (there is still a
mirror at Stellafane's home page). Before that it was a list I posted to
sci.astro.amateur (and before that existed, sci.astro!).
