  I don't know why you can't use tex program. What is important is that each
zone center distance from the mirror's center have the same value in your
mask and in hm row.
  Please let me point also my windows redution software that I (:of course:)
use extensively with non-conventional couder masks. I use 8 zones of 25mm
diameter circular holes each , making a big flatened X on the mask , to
measure my 30 cm mirrors with very successful figurings.
