What is the best method of adhering formica to the bottom of the rocker box? 
I would assume contact cement, but are there other recommended methods? How 
is it best cut?

Also - just a note - I found an ACE hardware down in Wilmette, IL that has 
chair casters that are TEFLON in a variety of sizes. Seems to be the easiest 
source of altitude and azimuth bearing material. Try an ACE hardware near you.
