Hi Tom

If its any consolation I have a small bubble in the coating on my 12" it
is about 3/4mm in diameter and I cannot detect it at all in in my
eyepiece. I would put a small black dot over the bubble though, just to
reduce any funny reflections, I reckon that the slight diffraction will
be better than any skew reflections.

I must get my mirror recoated, it only costs me $5 here in South Africa!
