ATM 8" Mirror Kit Arrives!

My 8" Kit from Wilmann-Bell arrived yesterday! (By the way, thanks to
everyone who emailed me regarding mirror kits) I also ordered the cera hex
tol from W-B. I thought that would save me some time cutting tile,since I am
going to make a tile tool and save the other perfectly excellent blank.
I was curious about using plywood for a backer(W-B doesn't recomend it for
the novice).Also, does one have to use "dental" plaster for the plaster tool
backer?
