ATM Computer generated holograms - amateur use?

A quote from the article:  The polished surfaces are measured
interferometrically using full-aperture test plates with
computer-generated holograms (CGH's).

Any possiblity these could be fabricated for amateur telescope 
makers. . .at a reasonable price?  I presume you have to custom 
generate each CGH for each mirror to test it properly?
