You might try Mcmaster-Carr. I didn't see brass knobs in their catalog,
but they have  knurled-rim aluminum knobs and other plastic knobs. Their
catalog has all kinds of useful ATM stuff.  By the way Reid does carry
brass knobs as a new item in brass or with chrome finish.Cat no. HG101,
HG111
