ATM 27 point floatation cell, computer program needed

I've completed a search of the ATM archives and can't find any 
reference to the design of 27 point floatation cells. I seem to 
remember a discussion on this in the last few weeks.

If anyone has a spreadsheet or computer program which can calculate 
the design of a 27 point cell, I'd love to hear from you. This is 
needed for our Society's 27" f/5 reflector which we hope will be 
finished in November.
