[ATM] Alternate Materials

Matt Considine got me thinking about the possibility of using
plastic lenses with his Schupmann design. (As usual, I can't
leave well enough alone and have my own design.) Theoretically,
(145 mm f/10):

    http://users.rcn.com/rflrs/Schupmann01-69.len OSLO input file
    http://users.rcn.com/rflrs/Schupmann01-69.txt TEXT prescription

is "diffraction limited" in that the Visual Strehl is above 0.8 for
the one degree field. (Note: This design has twelve surfaces, so
OSLO-EDU may not properly read the input file.)

Are there any ATMs actually working in plastic? Is the processing
the same? How about, as in this case, aluminizing it?
