Hi all,

 

Just an update to the list on my 41" scope that most of you are probably
familiar with. It has been completely redesigned and rebuilt. Last night was
"first light" for the new design. The only parts that are the same from the
old design are the optics and the secondary holder. I hope to have new
pictures soon but some of the new mount are on my webpage. The major changes
are all metal construction, two ring rotating uta, string technology with 3
tubes and 6 strings, flex rocker design, new PLOP designed 27 point
floatation cell with silicone attachments, and an ultra low profile. The
scope has lost nearly 2 feet in height and about 150 pounds of weight. I
also have built a "transporter" for it to move it around. Many of you on the
list have helped me out here and there, so thank you! I hope to make OSP,
and maybe see some of you there.
