Along same lines, I have been hoping to find a European source. More
than 25 mm would also be interesting. If anyone knows of a source,
I would like to post it on my webpage. The only source in Europe I
have ever gotten glass from was Glaverbel. This reminds me that I
need to contact them myself. Anyway, here is a link and email. This
is my source for optiwhite for 6 mm corrector plates, but I think
they have much thicker glass (either themselves or through their
contacts).
