No filtering at all.
I should note these glass blanks
(actually candle trivets from 'Bed Bath & Beyond')
are *highly* stressed. That is to say they would spontaneously shatter
in a spiderweb pattern before rough grinding is finished.
The color I believe is from the red,green,blue masks in the LCD monitor
used to supply the polarized light.
