That's easy!  The first polarizer is a nice windshield  in the
early light which means a nice high angle reflection of the sun
off of the windshield, orient your head so that the sunglasses
cut out that reflection of the sun and then put the glass
between.  You have two well nulled polarizers and the stressed
out glass betweenI've done this several times when bad glass was
suspected.\
