Re: [ATM] Mirror Scratches- and no tile tool available
Six wets of 320 grit brings a tile tool with one inch tiles into
compliance with themirror surface from my expertiences with doing
such things. This much grinding should also be enough to
completelly eliminate the scratches. I'd go to GotGrit.com and
get some320, 25 and 9 micron alo grits and do the job. The
grinding shold not take more than a good afternoon to do as it
only takes about six to ten wets for each grit size if you apply
yourself to the job. * micron is as good a stopping point as any
in order to go to polishing the mirror. Do get some CeO for the
polishing and leave the rouge for final figuring.
