That largely depends on your experience.

Generally I think it would be in the 14" to 16" range

If the person was very good with glass handling, figuring
and CELL CONSTRUCTION they might be able to go as high as 20"

Thin mirrors push the limitations of the builder in two areas:

Figuring and Cell Construction

Figuring because as you work the glass is heats up
(which changes everything - so you have to let it cool often)

Cell Construction because you have a nice potato chip
