It would be nice from somebody to post to the ATM-list a condensed list
of items to be discussed with a salesman in order to cut the phone time
from " 4 hours" to the "pro" 15 minutes (and prevent misunderstanding).
I wander what kind of talk about ordering glass blank would take
hypothetical four hours
if led by professional salesman, disregarding his customer's professional
level..
In my experience an average ATM is more likely to know what he is talking
about than
an average salesman. And salesman talking mentioned "four hours" about
anything (!) is
certainly of questionable quality.
