     Thanks Ed, I will use it next time.   I'm new to this comunity so
I hope my comment is not taken wrong.    I called them about 3 weeks
ago, for 3 days, left voice mails to 2 individuals, I also emailed them
before calling them a week prior to the  email on their web site.  to
this day I have never heard a peap.

     I wanted a 12.5" pyrex, I ended up getting a huge piece of 1"
thick of plate a guy had.

    I just wondered how they stay in business?  but hey more power to
them, I know their services are in demand and little competition from
what I can see.

     this only seems so odd to me because of where I work, voice mail
is frowned on, and we are suppossed to answer the phone by the 3rd ring
and are tested by corporate regularly.  to make sure customer
satisfaction is kept high.

    I'm learning now on plate but I know eventually I'm going to go
with Pyrex and will try them again

again I hope my comments are not taken to badly.
