You really just need to look at the current cap. and voltage
output of the controller to find what you want.  The acceleration
stuff is all fluff for what you need so you might as well ignore
it.  The RA drive will be always running while the Dec. needs to
jump a bit before it goes to the speed so as to get over the slop
in the gearing system.  Acceleration stuff all interferes with
this.
