Take a piece of paper and draw a line reflecting your latitude diagonally up
across the paper. Draw a side view of the platform. Whatever perpendicular
lines from your axis line to the point of where the bearings will be placed
in 3D will be the radius of the curves. So if the distance perpendicular is
20 inches and the 3D width is 30 inches, then the radius will be:
Sqrt (20^2 + (30/2)^2)
