64 refers to Gugolz 64, one of my favorites.  It's actually darker - 
nearly black - than the color that is called burgundy.

For basement temperatures, if the mirror isn't too fast, Gugolz 64 
works well for me when the temp is around 70 degrees or so.  Any 
cooler (or for figuring a sub F/5 mirror) and I like to mix in some 55 
(softest) or use it alone.  Of course I like soft pitch, and your 
preferences may be different.
