There was a product I saw at NEAF a couple of years ago that consisted of a 
framework on which was hung black fabric. It was not a dome, but easy to 
transport, end kept you out of the wind and stray light.

Is that the kind of thing you want? I'm not sure how portable a dome would 
be...
