[ATM] ATM observatory dome ... sorta

   BOB  I almost fell back laughing at that line "I have a welder and
I'm not afraid to use it"   think I will use that one at work, as boys
in the shop call me " the  torch" as in acetaline. LOL

I say cut that roof at the base, mount it using one of those 4" pipes
you have the BUD dish on and mount that on a used  tractor trailer
bearing, that baby will rotate nice and easy ;)
