With Mark's guess that the first reading is 0 and fixed-source (you didn't 
say), I get 63.9 nm surface RMS.  Nah - let's try moving-source:  16.2 nm 
RMS, .873 Strehl - great!  I'd suggest testing again with multiple readings 
to get a handle on the reading accuracy which will tell you how much you 
can trust that 16.2 nm RMS.  If the confidence interval stays below the 20 
nm passing grade, you're good to go to the second-opinion star test.
