An alternative to the "nibbler" (which is difficult to get smooth edges in
sheet metal) is to make a tool that makes a smooth cut in sheet metal. The
tool looks like a cross between a "swing-a-way" can opener and copper tube
cutoff tool. Uses a rotating smooth disc.
