The simple formula for Sag (doesn't take into account a small error from the
radius of the feet) is S = R - sqrt(R^2 - r^2) where R is the ROC and r is
the radius of the spherometer.  The thing that is nice about this formula is
that it can be run on even the basic calculator with a square root function
without problems.
