Krish,

I can only hope that Mahmood receives those items that
he finds unavailable to him for whatever reason
through the kindness of others. If these items are
available in India as you say, could not the Indian
ATM's volunteer to help Mahmood in Pakistan as we have
here? There is nothing to keep this from happening.

Your point about the U.S. is well taken but inertia is
the main thing holding other nations back. If we set
aside the differences in people and concentrate on the
commonalities, this will be a far better world.
