message once, but haven't seen it come back at me, so here it is again.

This is very interesting.  Would you be willing to try it again while
wearing a Playtex flocked dishwashing glove on the mirror heating hand?
 I'm interested to see whether that degree of insulation is enough to
make a significant difference.
