When you move down to a smaller grit size, do the
large pits disappear? Do they change position while
grinding? If they change position, they are the result
of normal grinding. There will always be a few larger
pits caused by the grit variations in size and
position when grinding so you want to judge when there
is no more change in appearance to the AVERAGE
surface. At that time if the curve is correct and
spherical, move to the next size.

Please let us know about your country and it's
regulations for shipping items there to you. Do you
have a problem with Customs and things disappearing on
their way to you? Is there a large import duty for
foreign packages? Are there things you cannot import?
(Some grits might appear the same visually as drugs).

Sometimes we are able to gather supplies for someone
such as yourself, and send a CARE package to get the
new ATM started. Your case sounds like a good project
for the guys here to get involved with.

Personal note: I met a man and wife from LAHORE as he
attended a school with me many years ago. I know that
LAHORE is a large city but perhaps you might know him?
 His name is TAHIR KATHFALIWAD(?), his wife is named
AMINA and he was an engineer working on a petroleum
pipeline at the time (I think). I may have spelled the
last name wrong too so it's a long shot about you
knowing him ;0)

Please send us your information and address and I'll
see if we can get something together for you. I'll be
willing to act as broker and gather the items and ship
them to you if that is OK with you...

What say guys - can we get Mahmood started? I've got
ceramic tiles and a Ronchi grating to contribute. What
have you got?
