Are you starting a new thread or replying to one of the many posts that
happened that day?  You as a digest receiver has the additional
responsibility of figuring out how to get the response you have done to the
right thread in the right place as well as making a responsive reply.  It is
a lot easier to get the posts to the list as seperate emails as you mrerely
need to change the address line to be able to place your post where it makes
sense.  As it is now, your reply has gone onto the system as a reply to a
particular digest which has no relationship to the thread to which you want
to be included in.  Threading is very important as this is the only way that
you can search the system and find your reply as part of a interchange of
ideas in a thread.  Kind of like listening to a conversation with one of the
persons in the conversation coming into the conversation in the next
building and at a different time.  That seperate person does sould a bit
silly talking to himself without anybody else around!
