Re sandblasting mirrors,

Also saw somewhere where some guys sandplasted a rib pattern
on the back of their primary to lighten it. They went
to a gravestone place..they use sandblasting to carve
the names etc on marble. A special heavy tape is applied
to make the desired pattern. This was a *heavy* duty sandblaster,
it took only a few minutes to do the mirror ribs. Special
clothing & masks required.
