Re: [ATM] Lap Molds from Kevin

The problem that you run into with small microbusinesses like his is that
there is usually only one employee and that is the owner of the business.
When things get tight for some reason, it is common for such microbusinesses
to be unresponsive to the customer. Even just taking a vacation can cause
problems as there is 2 weeks that nothing gets done in the business and
somebody that is impatient will have some severe anxiety problems while the
vacationing business owner/operator is enjoying himself, never knowing that
his business is being trashed about by the customer being antsy.
Settle back and let things develop! Either he is not there or otherwise
can't handle your request at the moment but if you send the e-mail to the
right place, it will eventually get answered. A backup e-mail on a weekly
basis at the soonest will insure that there aren't problems happening that
are otherwise unrelated. Get frustrated or angry and all it does is up your
blood pressure and make the guy at the other end not want to deal with you
again.
