[ATM] Eyepiece

  A bunch of coincidences led to:

a monocentric derived, believe it or not, from starting
point of a Hastings triplet, while attempting to upgrade
the ATM 3 design to modern glasses.   The result works
out to be an e.f.l. of 14.3 mm and an AFOV of 32 degrees.
For the AFOV goal, I cheated and used the value an ancient
catalog page that someone, (perhaps Stephen Tonkin) put up
on the web:

I looked on the web... there actually is a source of
8 mm BK7 balls out there, so there also might be some
surplus sitting out there somewhere.
