The old (pre Willman-Bell reprint) Amateur Telescope Making books have
several similatr arrangements. The Rogers home-made finder in
"Miscellany" book 1 (pg. 307 in my addition) and several different
approaches in book 2 (Advanced) on pg 516-518 in "Shorts". These may
also be in the reprint versions of the books but may not be.
