[ATM] how do I post pictures

Hello

I would like to show the people of the ATM list some of the projects and ideas I've been working on and I've got a lot of pictures, a scanner, and a dark room to get all this onto the internet.  The only thing stopping me from posting them through email is that I heard in the past that you guys didn't want pictures clauging up your ATM list.  Is this still the case today?  And is this the case even if I made the pictures pretty small sized?  

Can you tell me how to post pictures?

I have a 35mm camera Pentax, a Bronica camera S2 medium format, a camcorder SVHS with a still digital camera too, and a scanner, and a printer.  So I'm pretty well equipped.
