There is a huge Zerodur mirror blank that has been posted for sale on eBay. 
It is 27" in diameter and 5" think. Item number 5910896650 and ends
Jul-30-04 19:19:03PST.  It is stated that it is “flat”.  How much work
would it take to grind and coat it? Would this be an idea mirror for a
project?
