Hi Richard,

I to purchased a porthole complete with brass frame. Same size as yours.
Came from a
USN launch.  I have yet found a way to remove the glass with out destroying
the frame.

ruin  the frame then I have a request.  If you successfully get the glass
out please let me
know your method of removal.
