  That's enough of that stuff, buddy.

 I've read your posts as you fought that 16 incher. You were
ready to throw in the towel a couple of times, but it kept
whispering your name - calling to you out of the night "I'm
not done with you Jerry, get back here and polish me".

 And now, you feel ashamed because your second mirror doesn't
compare to another person who not only has worked mirrors for
years, but has other interests that taught him to persevere,
that taught him that the VERY BEST takes work to obtain?

SLAP!

 You are sentenced to 7 years of hard labor. Starting tonight,
you are to take that 16 incher outside and split Porrima, then
spend 45 minutes slowly immersing yourself in M3 and M5, followed
by a 3 hour stroll starting at Vega and following the Milky way
down through Telescopium and Norma.

 If that doesn't return you to some form of sanity, then by all means
make a better mirror.
