Not if you consider changing the best focal length.  Run Sixtests (or any 
test reduction program that shows you surface deviations from parabolas 
with different ROCs) with whatever test data you have on hand, click 
"Target", fix "b" at -1, click the "R" window, then the down arrow a few 
times and watch the center deviation rise up - deepening the center will 
move the surface closer to that parabola.
