RE: [ATM] Turned Down Edge
I suspect that the most common cause of 'turned-down-edge' is
'left-behind-edge'. Most people protect themselves from wobbling over the
edge and rounding it that they never touch it, and just dig a hole inside.

Oh yeah! I can produce TDE lots of ways! :-)
If you never touch the edge, but deepen the center, you are, in effect,
turning the edge (without touching it).
