It's a bit more difficult than that.  The stiction of the mount should be so
that you can leave the scope with no EP or other accesories on the front end
and it won't move about.  Then you also have to be able to hang a Nagler EP
or a camera, etc. on the front end without having to worry about the front
end falling down.  Since this is a large difference in weight, most people
tend to make an easily attached weight system to the front end that can
compensate for this difference in weight.
