Hello

So I've got the mirror mount made (20") and the mirror is just about made.  Newport Glass says that they can aluminize it for about $200.  Is that about right?

I've got a foucault tester and need to know how to use it.  Like do I really need a Couder mask.  I've started to use the tester with the help of a friend of mine and we could see sleeks on the mirror.  He's made some before and he said that it looked like my mirror was spherical.  We could see a doughnut image in the tester.

I have the program for my computer called NewtWIN that I downloaded for free and it shows that with a certain configuration that you'll have a certain % of vignetting.  That's really nice, but I need to understand what that means. 

Obveously you can't have the focuser or the spider or the mirror out of the bounds of the tube.  But this program has this as a major bug that you can position them outside the tube.
