Re: [ATM] PLOP Calculations

Plop has recently been updated to include 36 and 54 point cell designs.  
The 54 point fixed angle cell design is still weak[*], but the other 
three work fine.

[*] I misunderstood David's intention in "allow angles to vary".  I'm 
working on a better cell.
