Thank you Hans, for inviting me to join. I try to answer all emails pertaining to mirror making and telescope building, if I can manage to.
Clear skies to all my friends in Europe-

Onderwerp: [Telescopes-Europe] Resources for ATMs-

Dear Folks-

Hans Winkelaar has graciously asked me to provide a link to everyone for my
website, which I am still adding articles to, about telescope making. Hans
has seen the site, and has noted that there is some fairly educational
content in it, content from my experience building telescopes and grinding
and figuring mirrors for over fifteen years now.

I have visited your "Telescopes Europe" forum site and am excited and
gratified to
see that telescope making is alive and well "on the continent", as we
"colonists" would say. You have a very fine information disseminating
resource with that site- I will be encouraging all of you and providing
information about the many innovations I have developed over the last
fifteen years in telescope making. My sincere appreciation to all of you in
advance for looking at my site, and my sincerest thanks to Hans for inviting
me to post my URL for all of you to have access to.

I would encourage all of you to save the webpages on my site to your own
directories in your computers, as it is not an entirely certain thing that I
will continue maintaining it into the indefinite future.  Here is the URL
for the site: http://www.greatplainsinstruments.com/

I am very happy that my European colleagues in telescope making are finding
my contributions useful- thank you all and Godspeed to all of you-

Sincerely,
David A Harbour
