I have it already ground to F/2.5. So it takes more effort to buy a good
blank. Also, i have already trepanned it for a cassegrain, And finally I have
ground and polished this exact same blank before and it doesnt look like it
has any strain....
<< If you continue with this glass, why not incorprate the rim into the
mount/cell for the mirror itself? No exterior front retaining clips.
I can see where the rim might have some effects on the figure but you will
not know untill you figure it.
